Prior to founding TADATA, Khanya held senior technical leadership roles, specialising in the delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions and driving engineering excellence. His technical expertise and leadership continue to shape TADATA’s approach to innovation, quality, and client success.
Assistant Director
Combining a strong mathematical foundation with extensive technical expertise, Thapelo brings a structured and analytical approach to solving complex business and technology challenges. She excels at translating data and business requirements into practical, strategic solutions, with a strong focus on driving operational efficiency and informed decision-making. Her ability to bridge the gap between data, technology, and business strategy enables her to contribute meaningfully to both client outcomes and organisational growth.
Marketing Director
Baanetse Mokoape is an Edinburgh Napier University graduate specialising in Marketing, Project Management, and Events Management. She brings expertise in strategic project management, digital marketing, and sales execution, with a strong track record of developing targeted sales and marketing strategies and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive measurable results aligned with both client and organisational objectives.

Nomonde is the newest addition to the executive team at TADATA. With 10 years of HR experience in the technology sector, her expertise spans compliance, HR infrastructure, and policy development. Nomonde also heads the Training & Development division, ensuring that both best practices and team capabilities are continuously elevated.

Kwanele is the Head of Information Technology at TADATA, specializing in architecting resilient IT infrastructure and scalable data solutions. Combining a robust background in software engineering with a strategic approach to project management, he oversees TADATA's technology roadmap, enterprise security, and cloud operations.
